City of Phoenix - commercial biodiesel zoning interpretation
The City of Phoenix Planning Department issued an informal interpretation for a company applying for permits to start manufacturing biodiesel within city limits. Of note was the decision to allow companies to produce biodiesel in Phoenix A-1 (light industrial) zoning. In particular see the last several pages for the relevant info.
